Some partnerships arrive with fresh logos. Others arrive with a fresh point of view.
For the first time, Bali United will wear the Three Stripes after announcing a multi-year partnership with adidas Indonesia, marking a new chapter for one of Indonesia’s biggest football clubs. Beyond supplying the first team, adidas will also outfit the club’s Elite Pro Academy sides while introducing a dedicated fan jersey collection that extends the experience beyond matchday.
Rather than relying on familiar football graphics, the 2026/27 collection turns to Bali itself for inspiration. Created in collaboration with Balinese artist Rakajana, every shirt is designed to carry the island’s visual identity into the game, transforming local heritage into something that feels equally at home on the pitch and in the stands.
The home shirt draws from Barong Ket, a cultural symbol of protection, courage and positive energy. Rakajana’s contemporary illustration style gives the mythical figure a new visual language without losing its traditional roots, creating a pattern that quietly reveals itself through the fabric.

The away shirt shifts its focus to Hanoman, whose loyalty, intelligence and resilience have long been embedded in Balinese storytelling. Elements inspired by Lamak Bali add another layer to the design, referencing prayer, gratitude and harmony through subtle graphic detailing instead of overt symbolism.

One detail is likely to resonate with collectors. Instead of adidas’ modern Performance logo, the away shirt features the iconic Trefoil, giving the release a subtle Originals-inspired character that sets it apart from most contemporary football kits. It is a small design decision, but one that adds another layer of desirability for those who appreciate the intersection of football and adidas heritage.
Together, the two shirts move beyond aesthetics. They tell stories that belong to the island while giving Bali United a stronger visual identity on the national stage.
For adidas Indonesia, the partnership reflects a broader commitment to Indonesian football, pairing performance innovation with community and culture. Bali United, meanwhile, sees the collaboration as an opportunity to elevate the club’s global profile by aligning with one of the world’s most recognisable sports brands.
The collection will be available in both Player Issue and Fan Jersey versions, offering supporters the same identity whether they step onto the pitch or into the terraces.

More than a change of manufacturer, this feels like the beginning of a long-term design language. One where Bali’s cultural heritage becomes inseparable from Bali United’s football identity, stitched into every shirt long before the first whistle is blown.
